Anachrospasm

A new word, coined earlier today...

anachrospasm /ənakroʊ'spaz(ə)m/ n. An intensely jarring or unsettling episode of déjà-vu.

Sorry about mixing a Greek prefix with a Latin suffix. There aren't many words that do that.
